Full payment is required 60 days prior to guest arrival. Room reservations will be canceled for non-payment within the specified payment terms, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Peak Season (December 15 - January 5): Full payment is required 90 days prior to guest arrival. Room Reservations will be cancelled for non-payment within the specified payment terms, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
