Partner Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required 60 days prior to guest arrival. Room reservations will be canceled for non-payment within the specified payment terms, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  • Peak Season (December 15 - January 5): Full payment is required 90 days prior to guest arrival. Room Reservations will be cancelled for non-payment within the specified payment terms, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 60 days in advance, full refund.

  • Cancellations less than 60 - 30 days in advance, the first-night is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, no refund.
