We recommend guests to transfer to Bequia via Barbados on SVG Air Barbados is served by daily international flights from London, New York, Toronto, Miami, Atlanta. There is also airlink from Grenada to Bequia via SVG.
Bequia and St. Vincent are connected by ferry, but it is important to note that it takes approximately 30-45 minutes to get from the airport (SVD) to ferry port in Kingstown, St. Vincent, and that the latest ferry leaves for Bequia at 5:15pm daily – https://bequiaexpress.com/. TOP 5 Must Do’s at Bequia Beach
Snorkeling and diving in the crystal-clear waters around Tobago Cays, swimming alongside sea turtles, stopping to explore pristine islands where scenes from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean were filmed. The resort can arrange a private schooner charter. Sail time is around 3 hours.
Spend the day at Jack’s Beach Bar, located on the pristine white sands of Princess Margaret Beach, voted one of the top beaches in the World by CN Traveller. Be sure to try the blackened tuna burger and the owner's favorite cocktail ‘Rusty the Dog.’
Take a stroll along the pretty Belmont Walkway, located at Port Elizabeth, the island’s Capital. There is a selection of shops and boutiques and low-key bars and dining options such as Mac’s Pizza or Tante Pearl for authentic flavors. Be sure to catch the sunset on this side of the island.
For active guests, Bequia is a rolling island with some fantastic hikes, such as to the highest point Mount Peggy, giving a 360º view across to St Vincent and neighboring islands.
